Mlhd (hereinafter referred to as "we", "mlhd", or "the Platform") is an online betting and gaming service provider. These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between mlhd and its registered users.

One Account Only

Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same phone number, email address, device, or IP address is strictly prohibited.

Accurate Information

• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete.
• Providing false or inaccurate information may result in account closure.
• If your details change, please notify mlhd Support promptly.
• Keeping your account password secure is solely your own responsibility.

All rules regarding financial transactions on mlhd are detailed below.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳100.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳1,00,000.
• Deposits may only be made from a bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank account registered in your own name.
• Payments sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be returned.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Daily maximum withdrawal: ৳50,000.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• A copy of your national ID may be required when making your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Deposited funds cannot be withdrawn unless they have been wagered at least once.

Mlhd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. The terms governing these bonuses are detailed below.

Welcome Bonus

• New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to claim this bonus.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
• You will have 30 days to fulfill the wagering requirements.

General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonus offers cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• Accumulator bets placed with bonus funds must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• Mlhd may modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus may be forfeited and the account may be suspended.
• Separate terms apply to free bets or credits received without a deposit.

The following rules apply when placing Sports Betting on mlhd.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled, all staked funds will be refunded.
• If an odds error (technical error) is detected, mlhd reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If your internet connection drops during live betting, any bets already confirmed will remain valid.
• The maximum bet allowed per match varies depending on the event.
• Mlhd reserves the right to investigate and void bets if unusual betting patterns are identified.

Cash Out

Cash Out may not be available for all matches. The Cash Out value is determined by mlhd and is subject to change based on market conditions. Once a Cash Out is successfully completed, the original bet is voided and the Cash Out value is paid out.

The following rules apply to participation in mlhd's Live Casino, slots, Lottery, and other games.

• All games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Game outcomes are entirely random and follow no predetermined pattern.
• The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is available in the game's information section.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, the wagered amount will be refunded.
• The Live Casino dealer's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mlhd. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information.
• Using mlhd to conduct money laundering or process illegal funds.
• Using another user's account credentials.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to mlhd's systems.
• Harassing or threatening other users.
• Gaining an advantage through false or misleading information.

Mlhd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Detection of fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months).

Users may request to close their account at any time. Any valid funds remaining in the wallet will be refunded.

• User data is never sold to third parties.
• Your information may be used to a limited extent for service improvement and legal compliance purposes.

Mlhd is not liable for the following.

• If a bet or game is affected by loss of internet connection.
• Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Transaction delays caused by third-party services (such as mobile banking).
• Temporary service disruptions due to unexpected technical issues.

Betting is a high-risk activity with no guaranteed winnings. mlhd accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred by users.

Mlhd reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page.

• For significant changes, advance notice will be sent to the registered email address or via SMS.
• Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
